i can't start the game

i downloaded the game and i try to run it and and it crashes.k2 exception it says what shall i do.plz help

When it crashes:

You open the game, but an error comes?
You see the S2 Games screen and then crashes?
You login, but it crashes randomly?
It crashes during a match?
It crashes when you click "disconnect"?

You have to be more clear
